Support the kitchen team with basic operational tasks **ASG – Industrial Kitchen** **Job Description:** Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the industrial kitchen, ensuring a safe, appropriate environment compliant with sanitary regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform general cleaning of the kitchen, including floors, walls, countertops, equipment, and utensils; * Sanitize dishes, pots, cutlery, and other materials used in food production; * Properly collect and dispose of waste; * Assist with inventory organization and food storage as needed; * Restock cleaning and hygiene supplies; * Support the kitchen team with basic operational tasks; * Strictly follow food safety and hygiene regulations. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in this role is preferred; * Basic knowledge of good hygiene and food handling practices; * Proactivity, organization, and responsibility; * Ability to work well in a team. * Personal means of transportation **Schedule:** Overnight Shift 1:00 AM to 10:00 AM Compensation: R$1\.621,00 \- R$1\.622,00 per month Benefits: * Health plans and commercial discounts * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
