Proficiency with systems and digital tools **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Remote work with 3 in-office days per week \- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday) and 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Saturday) **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent — CLT Responsible for commercial support in customer service, lead tracking, report completion, sending payment links, and other related tasks. **Requirements:** **Basic Requirements:** Completed high school education. Computer literacy including Excel (tables, formulas, and charts). System proficiency. Proficiency with digital tools and social media for communication. Experience in face-to-face or call center customer service.
