The Unit Coordinator will work within the Microfinance team, leading Credit Agents and Coordination Assistants assigned to their area, focusing on the efficient achievement of established program goals and results. Join this family — ESSENTIALLY MADE OF PEOPLE! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Activities:** * Systematically analyze and monitor credit portfolio performance indicators; * Conduct monthly planning with the team; * Supervise Credit Agents and Assistants in carrying out their activities; * Conduct client follow-up visits; * Manage unit inventory; * And other related activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: Completed undergraduate degree; Availability for intermunicipal travel. Required Knowledge: Experience in external sales, negotiation, and collections; Computer literacy and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Experience in team management. **Additional Information** **Base Salary:** R$ 1\.712,11; Market-size bonus of up to R$ 3\.894,77; Variable compensation\* up to R$ 2\.387,40; (\*based on credit portfolio performance).
