We have an opening for an Operational Assistant with a driver's license. Responsibilities include:\> 24-hour assistance (mechanical breakdowns, electrical issues, locksmith services, tire changes, towing, windshield replacements, quotation analysis and procurement, documentation organization for system entries, etc.) \> Event management (collisions with partial or total damage, thefts, replacement vehicles, quotation analysis and procurement, documentation organization for system entries, etc.) \> Tracking (installation/removal of tracking devices, platform registration and monitoring, new acquisitions, etc) ### **Prerequisites** High school diploma; basic computer skills (Excel, Word, and email); driver's license preferred! Experience with insurance companies is a plus. Occasional availability for service outside standard working hours is required, and such work will be compensated as overtime. ### **Benefits** Competitive salary + Meal Allowance (VA) + Transportation Allowance (VT) ### **Notes** Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with a 1 hour 20 minute lunch break).
