We seek an organized individual, detail-oriented, and committed to deadlines and quality standards. Key responsibilities: \- Operate CNC machines to machine parts according to technical drawings \- Perform programming via CAM software (e.g., Gibbscam) and ISO code programming \- Carry out part machining, including complex geometries and 3D shapes \- Interpret technical drawings, understanding standards, tolerances, surface finishes, and clamping methods \- Perform machine and/or tool centering and zeroing to ensure precision at the start of the process \- Assemble, adjust, and replace cutting tools as required by the process \- Monitor the start and end of part machining to ensure quality and prevent material waste \- Inspect produced parts against tolerances specified in the technical drawing \- Conduct dimensional analysis using measuring instruments \- Properly handle calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other measuring instruments \- Ensure time control and productivity while meeting scheduled part production deadlines \- Record activities in Work Orders (WO), including materials used and accurate logging of working hours \- Clean and maintain the machine and workstation \- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance on machines \- Support the commercial department with technical information for quotations, material selection, and delivery timelines \- Comply with safety regulations, internal procedures, and 5S practices ### **Prerequisites** \- Experience operating and programming CNC machines \- Knowledge of technical drawing interpretation \- Knowledge of part machining and dimensional control \- Experience using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.) \- Familiarity with CAM software and CNC programming (ISO) \- Attention to detail, precision, and commitment to quality \- Organizational and time-management skills to meet production deadlines ### **Benefits** Unimed health plan (co-payment for consultations and exams) Dental plan Meal voucher for supermarkets worth R$ 600.00 Breakfast and lunch at the company Transportation allowance Life insurance Applications for this opportunity are open until **05/26/2026** #### **About the company** Talent Hub Consultoria is a recruitment and selection services firm specializing in connecting qualified professionals with top market opportunities.
