The goal is to ensure our training initiatives align with the organization’s strategic needs, contributing to the continuous development of our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** \* Identify and diagnose training needs in collaboration with managers and employees; \* Develop and implement in-person and online training programs; Select and coordinate internal and external instructors; Administer and monitor performance and effectiveness evaluations of training programs; Organize workshops, lectures, and other development initiatives; Stay up-to-date on educational methodologies and technologies; Present training performance and progress indicators for managerial analysis. **Desired Skills and Competencies** Clear and effective communication; Organization and planning ability; Knowledge of teaching and learning methodologies; Proficiency with technology and training platforms; Analytical capability, results measurement, and decision-making skills. **Education and Experience** Human Resources, Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Administration, or related fields.
