Activities: The professional will be responsible for evaluating projects and environmental conditions to define maintenance plans, develop projects, schedules, budgets and cost estimates, guide and monitor service execution ensuring quality and safety, as well as perform installation and preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioning systems, such as split, window units, chillers, fan coils, among others. They will also support the development of solutions aimed at energy efficiency and reduction of operational costs.
