Main responsibilities include: • Peeling, chopping, and preparing food items for dish preparation; • Washing dishes, containers, and all kitchen utensils; • Keeping the sink and washing area consistently clean and organized; • Assisting with general kitchen cleaning to ensure environmental hygiene and organization; • Supporting chefs and other team members with various daily tasks; • Assisting the chef, when needed, at the stove—handling frying and other preparations; • Complying with food safety regulations and good food handling practices. ### **Prerequisites** Requirements: • Residing in the North Zone of Juiz de Fora • Organization and agility; • Commitment to cleanliness and hygiene; • Ability to work in a team; • Availability for flexible working hours.
