Join Nexa and be part of a mining company that moves with the world! **Responsibilities and Duties** Supervise production activities, ensuring compliance with operational plans regarding safety, quality, productivity, and cost, while promoting operational discipline, team development, and continuous process improvement. Supervise and coordinate the production team’s activities, ensuring achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly targets; Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards, acting preventively to eliminate risks; Manage people: timekeeping, feedback, team development, performance management, and workplace climate; Support the management of scheduled shutdowns and operational interventions; Ensure proper use of resources, equipment, and inputs. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Metallurgical, Chemical, Production, or related fields) or Business Administration; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Desirable Qualifications** Experience in an acid manufacturing plant will be an advantage. **Skills and Competencies** People leadership. **Additional Information** ***Nexa believes in fostering a plural environment where everyone feels comfortable and empowered to be themselves.*** We are one of the world’s largest zinc producers!
