You will be responsible for supporting activity management, ensuring strict adherence to operational standards and safety regulations, transforming business goals into safe, high-performance operations. **Responsibilities and Duties*** **Planning and Execution:** Support planning and preparation of drilling, intervention, and well completion programs in the Field. * **Compliance and Regulation:** Align projects with regulatory standards (e.g., ANP’s **SGIP**) and ensure all **QSMS** requirements are met. * **Strategic Interface:** Maintain fluid communication with Operations and Reservoirs teams to identify process improvements. * **Management Support:** Contribute to developing the Cluster’s Strategic Plan, investment budget (CAPEX) control, executive reports, and presentations. * **Scheduling and Deadlines:** Collaborate in organizing drilling and intervention schedules, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. * **Well Construction:** Support efficient well construction execution, consistently focusing on continuous improvement of the operational cycle. * **Safety Culture:** Commit to sustainable performance, always prioritizing Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) at every stage. * **Flexibility:** Engage in related projects and tasks as required by the area. **Requirements and Qualifications** ### **Education and Experience** * **Bachelor’s Degree completed** in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or related fields). * **Experience:** In the Oil and Gas industry, either in *Onshore* or *Offshore* environments. * **Tools:** Practical experience with **OpenWells** and **Advanced Microsoft Office Suite** (with emphasis on Excel for reporting and analysis). * **Languages:** Technical English (reading and interpreting manuals/programs) * **Preferred qualifications:** If you hold a Master’s degree or specialization in the petroleum sector, we want to hear from you! **Additional Information*** **Meal + Food Allowance:** R$2\.315,50 * **Flexible Card:** R$570,00 * **Christmas Basket:** R$ 1\.048,00 (once per year) * **Profit Sharing Program (PLR)** * **Private Pension Plan** * **Health and Dental Insurance** * **Wellhub or Totalpass**: whichever suits you best! * **Transportation Allowance** * **Life Insurance** * **Childcare, School, or Babysitter Assistance up to age 18** * **Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave: Certified Citizen Company** **Interested in the challenge?
