Interaction with the public and development of communication skills **Job Description:** Job Description The Plan Attendant is responsible for providing human-centered service to customers, delivering information about the services and plans offered by the company. Supports active customers by updating registration data, changing plans, receiving payments, and identifying commercial opportunities, thereby contributing to achieving unit goals and enhancing customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Provide in-person, telephone, and digital service to plan customers Present available plans and their services and benefits Collect payments for bank slips and other amounts Perform registration updates and plan changes Request and follow up on referrals for new customers Accurately register information in the system Verify received amounts and documents Comply with internal processes and service standards Maintain organization within the service area Report any inconsistencies or unforeseen issues to supervision Ensure courteous, respectful service with a focus on customer satisfaction Open and close the cash register **Requirements:** Customer service experience (preferred); Sales experience will be considered a plus; Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office suite and systems); Strong verbal and written communication skills; Organizational skills and attention to detail; Proactivity and sense of responsibility; Ability to work toward goals; Skill in empathetic and respectful public interaction; Teamwork capability; Flexibility regarding working hours (when required).
