How about being part of this energy? \#VemSerMoura! **Responsibilities and duties** ***What your day-to-day will be like at Moura:*** * Define flowcharts, FMEA, control plans, and operational instructions for process definition; * Plan and execute strategic scope projects aimed at eliminating losses, increasing efficiency, and optimizing processes; * Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate process effectiveness and propose adjustments when necessary. * Assist in controlling process costs by conducting feasibility analyses and proposing solutions to improve production profitability. * Provide technical support to production, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve process-related issues. * Apply engineering techniques to implement new solutions and adjustments to existing processes, ensuring compliance with company standards for quality, safety, and regulations. **Requirements and qualifications** ***What are we looking for?*** ***Education:*** * Graduated or currently in the final year of a degree in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Production Engineering. ***Skills:*** * Knowledge of the WCM (World Class Manufacturing) system and all aspects of process documentation (FMEA, Control Plans, Operational Instructions, Flowcharts), as well as PDCA/8D methods; * Knowledge in electrochemistry and Power BI will be an advantage.
