




Job Summary: The Process Assistant II is responsible for identifying, documenting, designing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating organizational processes, as well as updating regulatory documents and responding to service requests. Design and model new organizational processes. Coordinate the implementation of new organizational processes, ensuring effective change. Monitor and evaluate organizational process performance to ensure effectiveness. Update regulatory documents. Respond to service requests. **Mandatory Experience:** Minimum of 6 months of proven experience in the field. **Technical Competencies:** Basic knowledge of process modeling techniques and tools, and flowcharts. Proficiency in handling process data and performance metrics.
