We expect you to leverage your software expertise to investigate root causes in a microservices environment, develop fixes, create automations, and implement AI-based solutions to optimize our support processes. Your key responsibilities will include: * Incident Management: Investigate issues in our applications and their integrations, performing diagnostics, root cause analysis, and implementing solutions (workarounds or permanent fixes). * Log Analysis: Use observability tools for troubleshooting issues in cloud environments (GCP). * Developing and Implementing Fixes: Work directly in the codebase to fix bugs and vulnerabilities, using Git/GitHub for version control and participating in production deployment cycles. * Creating and Maintaining Automations: Identify automation opportunities in support routines and manual processes, contributing to team efficiency. * Creating and maintaining technical documentation, procedural manuals, and knowledge base articles. * Supporting integration sustainability with partner and vendor systems, ensuring smooth operation of our processes. * Exploring and Applying AI Solutions: Research and implement Artificial Intelligence–based solutions to predict failures, optimize support interactions, and intelligently scale our support capabilities. * Ensuring Microservice Health: Monitor inter-service communication, investigate failures, and guarantee resilience across our distributed architecture. * Collaborating cross-functionally, especially with Engineering and Product teams: Work closely with engineering teams to communicate support learnings and influence the product roadmap. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience supporting and maintaining web applications, integrations, and APIs (REST and SOAP). * Experience with programming languages, preferably Node.js. * Experience with relational and non-relational databases and SQL. * Experience analyzing, identifying, and resolving systemic issues at their root cause. * Experience coding and implementing production fixes, following best practices throughout the software development lifecycle. * Experience with code versioning tools, preferably GitHub. * Experience with automations (scripts, bots, etc.) to optimize processes. * Experience with Cloud platforms.
