**Description:** Occupational Safety Technician \- Concordia Unit **Salary:** BRL 2,793.32 \+ Benefits **Working Hours:** 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Thursday; Friday 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM **Requirements:** High School Diploma. Technical Course in Occupational Safety. Registration with the Ministry of Labor as an Occupational Safety Technician. Experience in occupational hygiene, implementation of PGR control measures, employee training, Senior System. **Desirable (Additional asset for candidates, not mandatory for hiring):** Fire Brigade Training Course. Conduct training sessions and other didactic and pedagogical resources aimed at disseminating occupational safety and hygiene standards and technical topics, with the objective of preventing accidents, occupational diseases, and work-related illnesses; Implement safety standards to ensure compliance with occupational safety and hygiene measures; Identify, request, and inspect workplaces; Accompany injured workers to the designated healthcare facility and issue documentation required by applicable legislation. Adhere to working hours established by Coordination; Inform the employer, through technical reports, about hazards present in the workplace and advise on elimination and mitigation measures; Inform workers about risks associated with their activities, as well as elimination and mitigation measures; Conduct daily and night-shift training sessions when necessary, along with other didactic and pedagogical resources aimed at disseminating occupational safety and hygiene standards and technical topics, with the objective of preventing workplace accidents, occupational diseases, and work-related illnesses; Implement safety standards to ensure compliance with occupational safety and hygiene measures; Identify, request, and inspect fire protection equipment, audiovisual and didactic resources, and other materials deemed essential under current legislation, ensuring they meet recommended quality and technical specifications, and evaluate their performance; Assess workplace environmental conditions and issue technical reports to support safe planning and organization of work for employees; Collaborate and coordinate with agencies and entities involved in the prevention of workplace accidents, occupational diseases, and work-related illnesses; Participate in seminars, training sessions, conferences, and courses aimed at professional exchange and development; Monitor employees following workplace accidents; Analyze risks, accidents, and failures, investigate root causes, propose preventive and corrective actions, and guide statistical analyses—including cost-related assessments. Participate in institutional committees, including CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention); Monitor the registration, election, and appointment process of CIPA members and file required documentation with the relevant labor union; Maintain the Senior System to meet eSocial requirements; Issue Work Orders to the Maintenance Department; Prepare PPP (Professional Profile Record) based on PPRA (Occupational Risk Assessment Program) findings; Distribute and document PPE (Personal Protective Equipment); Maintain documentation archives; Perform monthly dosimeter replacement, document the process, and send it for individual dose reading; Print reports released by the company responsible for dose reading and deliver them to employees; Register workplace accidents on the Social Security website; Attend departmental meetings; Comply with safety, environmental control, and other internal regulations or applicable legislation relevant to assigned duties; Perform other tasks similar to those described above, as determined by management. 2512130202201917893
