So, what do you think about joining our team and becoming part of our ecosystem? **Responsibilities and Duties** You will support the TGID brand and group startups across marketing and communication initiatives. You will directly assist area routines, ensuring deliverables remain organized, aligned with our companies’ needs, and consistent with the team’s strategic guidelines. **Key Activities:** * Design simple visual assets in Canva, adhering to our brands’ identity; * Assist in writing content (social media posts/blogs), scripting short videos, and scheduling posts (Instagram, LinkedIn, website, blog); * Support recording and basic editing (Reels/TikTok) using tools such as Veed or Canva; * Maintain our Notion workspace in order and assist with basic website publishing (WordPress); * Research trends, references, and benchmarks to bring fresh ideas to the team. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram and LinkedIn) and intermediate proficiency in Canva; * Strong writing skills and ability to craft clear, concise texts across various formats and tones; * Organized, curious, and enthusiastic about the dynamic startup environment. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Familiarity with management tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and foundational knowledge of Paid Traffic and SEO for blogs; * Experience with AI tools, introductory UX Writing knowledge, and basic WordPress understanding; * Basic video editing (Veed, Canva) focused on dynamic formats like Reels and TikTok; * Proficiency in Notion (routine organization, boards, calendars); * Prior content creation experience (academic, professional, or personal projects/blogs) and presentation of a creative portfolio. **Additional Information** Stipend: BRL 1\.725,00 \+ Meal Voucher \+ Transportation Voucher Welcome to tgid!
