If you too are passionate about people and want to be part of this journey, apply now and join us in fulfilling this purpose! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Job Mission** Support the implementation of the Controller’s Office by structuring processes, routines, and tools that ensure **planning, budgeting, performance monitoring, and predictability**. **Main Responsibilities** * **Implement the Annual Budget process** (assumptions, timeline, templates, consolidation, and validations). * Conduct monthly **Actual vs. Budget** analysis, including variance analysis (volume, price, mix, efficiency, expenses). * Structure **cost centers, management accounts, and allocation rules**. * Support the creation/improvement of **management income statements (P&L)** and analyses by unit/store/channel (where applicable). * Build and maintain **management reports and dashboards** (Excel/Power BI) for the Executive Board. * Monitor and analyze **Opex/Capex**, contracts, and recurring expenses, identifying opportunities for reduction/optimization. * Establish routines and standards: **management closing**, calendar, checklists, and KPIs. * Support the definition of **policies and controls** (approval thresholds, classification, provisions, accruals). * Interface with all departments to ensure data quality. **Requirements and Qualifications** Experience in **Controller’s Office/FP&A/Budgeting** * Advanced **Excel proficiency** (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, Power Query, modeling). * Solid understanding of **P&L, provisions, allocations**, and reading accounting trial balances. * Ability to **structure processes** (standardization, governance, documentation). * ERP experience **Preferred Qualifications (strong weight)** * **Power BI** (DAX and modeling) * Experience in retail or companies with multiple units. **Behavioral Competencies** * Hands-on, organized, and deadline-oriented profile. * **Owner mindset** and ability to “build from scratch”. * Clear communication skills to interact effectively with all departments. * Analytical thinking. * Attitude of **confidentiality** and ethics. * Degrees in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree/Specialization in Controller’s Office, Finance, or FP&A (preferred). **Additional Information** * Corporate education via Gupy * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Study grant **A story connected to the daily lives of people from Ceará and of so many other Brazilians!** José Alves de Oliveira, affectionately known as **Zenir**, began his journey in agriculture and, at age 14, brought his dedication to his uncle’s furniture store in Iguatu.
