We seek a professional to work in the Commercial area, with strong leadership and analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and outstanding interaction with various company departments and external stakeholders. **Main Responsibilities:** 1) Validate and approve invoicing in SAP related to terminal discharges, as well as loading and storage services. 2) Update Access databases daily. 3) Receive Measurement Reports from the Contracting Area regarding services provided by suppliers, and perform verification and posting of fiscal documents into SAP. 4) Generate ANP reports using the Autoload tool and email them to ANP within the established deadline. 5) Coordinate with the Finance Department on Provision vs. Actuals in the cost spreadsheet for monthly closing. 6) Handle supplier requests until resolution, managing necessary actions to respond efficiently, on time, and with the quality expected by the Company. 7) Ensure effective communication across internal and external interfaces to maximize problem-solving efficiency. 8) Critically identify and control risks within the area under management, paying attention to risks not immediately raised by the Risk Committee, arising from changes in the business environment. 9) Receive, consolidate, and forward monthly and quarterly volume forecasts from customers to be performed, which are entered into the portal. These forecasts are required for pump scheduling and operations. **Requirements:** Completed Bachelor’s degree – Administration, Economics, Engineering (various disciplines), Logistics; Knowledge of taxes and invoicing; Knowledge of SAP; Knowledge of Excel; Basic knowledge of Access.
