Your main challenge will be to apply solid programming logic to create high-impact solutions, translated into clean, scalable, and high-performance code. **What You’ll Do Daily:** -------------------------------------- * Work across the full development lifecycle; * Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams using agile methodologies to continuously deliver value; * Evolve the architecture and services of our platform (SYDLE ONE); * Work with a modern and robust technical ecosystem, including technologies such as JavaScript, Elasticsearch, Stencil, among others; * Use AI tools integrated into the daily coding workflow to optimize deliveries. **What We’re Looking For:** ------------------- * Strong programming logic and analytical ability to solve complex problems; * Technical affinity with one of our focus areas (Java development or Low-code development); * Innovation in workflows, with openness and ability to use AI tools integrated into the daily coding workflow to optimize deliveries; * Completed degree in long-duration programs such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields. **Nice-to-Have:** --------------------- * Prior experience with Java development or Low-Code platforms; * Experience with agile development methodologies. **Interested?
