Responsibilities Develop inspections, procedures, and preventive maintenance plans; * Identify pending maintenance tasks and activities related to the department; * Prepare purchase requests for materials, parts, and services required for corrective and/or preventive maintenance; * Plan corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance services; * Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment requirements; * Ensure adherence to the maintenance schedule defined by maintenance planning; * Collect, analyze, and provide data for generating management reports; * Issue daily maintenance schedules; * Implement preventive, scheduled corrective, and predictive maintenance plans; * Analyze performance indicators such as Availability, MTBF, and MTTR; Requirements * Completed technical education in Mechanical Maintenance or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Technical knowledge in electrical and/or mechanical maintenance. * Maintenance scheduling.
