It has expertise in operating in remote areas lacking water and sewage infrastructure—such as mining, civil construction, and large-scale events—ensuring service efficiency, regulatory compliance, and quality. We are seeking a **Senior Procurement Analyst**. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead direct and indirect procurement processes, including quotations, strategic negotiations, and purchase order issuance. * Develop and manage suppliers to ensure competitiveness, quality, delivery timelines, and adherence to company policies. * Collaborate closely with logistics and operations departments to ensure efficient supply and on-time delivery fulfillment. * Support planning and execution of material and supply distribution, considering operational demand, volumes, and routes. * Monitor and analyze inventory levels to maintain balance among availability, turnover, and reduction of stockouts or overstock. * Conduct demand and seasonality analyses to support strategic procurement and supply planning. * Prepare consumption forecasts based on historical data, key performance indicators, and operational projections. * Analyze logistics costs (freight, warehousing, and distribution) and propose optimization and efficiency opportunities. * Ensure inventory data accuracy in ERP systems. * Monitor and analyze supply chain, logistics, and inventory KPIs to support decision-making. * Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement and logistics processes, focusing on operational efficiency and cost reduction. * Prepare managerial reports and strategic analyses to support management. * Ensure compliance with internal regulations, governance standards, and industry best practices. **Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate/advanced Excel); * ERP systems (SAP, Totvs, Protheus, Oracle, or similar); * Cost and contract analysis; * Direct and indirect procurement processes. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday, from 7:12 AM to 5:00 PM. **Work Location** Contagem, at Xangrí-La (MG).
