Job Summary:
Professional responsible for managing traffic fines, supporting managers, handling payments, contacting service providers, and updating equipment control systems.
Key Highlights:
1. Traffic fine management and support to managers
2. System maintenance and equipment control
3. Contact with service providers and operations
Monitor the traffic fine management platform and identify new violations.
Register traffic fines in the intranet after receipt.
Support managers in addressing violations with employees.
Coordinate internally with Finance for fine payments.
Maintain contact with service providers.
Request mobilization, demobilization, and corrective or preventive maintenance.
Receive invoices and enter them into the Benner system for payment.
Keep the Benner system and equipment database updated with accurate vehicle data.
Ensure equipment traceability.
Perform registrations and modifications via intranet tickets.
Remotely monitor equipment using the Benner system and/or control spreadsheets.
Maintain daily contact with operations to manage equipment loans to truck drivers.
Track equipment delivery and return at units or support points.
Update controls and report equipment status daily to the operations manager.

Compensation: R$1\.100,00 per month
