Position: Furnaceman Location: Juatuba/MG Employment Type: CLT Schedule: 2x2 rotating shift (07:00–19:00 and 19:00–07:00) Job Description: We are looking for a professional to work as a Furnaceman, responsible for operating and monitoring industrial furnaces to ensure proper thermal processing of materials according to the company’s quality and safety standards. Requirements: Completed elementary education (high school diploma is a plus); Previous experience as a furnaceman or in high-temperature operations (metallurgy, foundry, ceramics, etc.); Knowledge of industrial furnace operation and control; Availability to work rotating shifts and in high-temperature environments; Commitment, attention, and responsibility.
