Requirements: The **Development \- BU Digital** area is responsible for leading the design, development, and evolution of digital solutions and products, and seeks a **Development Coordinator** to join our team — the largest software and financial-market product development company in Brazil — where we believe technological innovation inspires progress. **This role will be responsible for:** * Ensuring predictable, efficient, and high-quality delivery of software projects and product enhancements, coordinating technical teams, processes, and stakeholders. * Delivery Management and Planning * Technical Coordination (Operational Technical Leadership) * Development Flow Management * Communication and Alignment with Stakeholders * Team Management and Development * Quality and Governance * Continuous Improvement and Scalability **To be a \#match, this position requires the following mandatory qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree in IT (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields) * Ability to critically analyze requirements and support initiatives and projects related to products * Prior experience in software development and leadership/coordination of technical teams * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog/roadmap management * Experience in delivery management, timelines, risk management, and demand prioritization * Solid knowledge of software architecture and engineering best practices * Ability to communicate clearly with technical teams and business stakeholders **The following knowledge or experience would be considered advantageous:** * Experience in the Financial Market; * Postgraduate degree / MBA (a significant advantage) focused on leadership, management, or architecture: MBA in Project Management, MBA in IT Management, Postgraduate Program in Software Engineering Benefits **So, do you identify with what you've read so far?
