Job Summary:
Lead machining activities, production control, report analysis, machine operation, and continuous improvement initiatives, as well as HR-related processes and customer visits.

· Lead machining activities for metal parts processing;
· Read and interpret engineering drawings;
· Control production volume, supplies, safety, and quality;
· Monitor labor efficiency;
· Analyze daily reports to identify deviations from standards and implement corrective actions, ensuring achievement of targets, efficiencies, and production volume;
· Adjust and operate, when necessary, machines/tools used for machining metal and composite parts according to quality standards.
· Interpret drawings, sketches, models, specifications, and other information to plan required operations;
· Operate conventional/CNC lathes and rotary saws for steel cutting during tasks, and occasionally use drills;
· Promote continuous improvement by establishing productivity and quality goals;
· Collaborate with the HR department on hiring and performance evaluation processes;
· Perform welding sporadically;
· Use company vehicle for external visits
for assessments, technical surveys, and delivery/pickup of parts at service providers for finishing or complementary machining processes.
· Create, update, and periodically review production standard operating procedures (SOPs).
