This role is strategic in ensuring the integration, performance, and evolution of our tools and platforms, directly contributing to smarter, personalized, and data-driven campaigns and customer journeys. **Key challenges as a** ***SENIOR DATA ENGINEER \- CDP*** **include:** * Designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between the CDP (Customer Data Platform) and other Martech stack tools (CRM, Ads, Analytics, Email, Mobile, SEO). * Ensuring data quality, consistency, and governance across multiple channels and platforms. * Building and automating data pipelines to enable advanced segmentation, personalized campaigns, and real-time performance analysis. * Collaborating with the Growth Marketing team to turn hypotheses and strategies into data-driven customer journeys. * Developing scalable automation and personalization solutions, reducing reliance on traditional engineering resources. * Continuously monitoring and optimizing CDP performance, ensuring availability and efficiency. * Exploring and implementing new AI and autonomous agent technologies to enhance segmentation, recommendations, and marketing workflows. **Requirements and qualifications** **We are looking for professionals with:** * Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Previous experience with CDPs (e.g., Segment, mParticle, Treasure Data, Tealium, or similar); * Strong knowledge of data integration (APIs, ETL, real-time pipelines); experience with programming languages such as Python, SQL, and JavaScript; * Experience in Martech/Adtech environments, focused on campaign performance and journey personalization; * Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, translating marketing needs into technical solutions; * Automation and efficiency mindset, leveraging AI and no-code/low-code tools. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.); * Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI); * Familiarity with tagging and tracking systems (Google Tag Manager, mobile SDKs); * Experience with testing and data-driven experimentation frameworks; * Intermediate/advanced English for interaction with technical documentation and global partners. **Additional information** Work location: Hybrid, Barra da Tijuca \- Rio de Janeiro.
