In addition to professional integration, we provide technical training, socio-assistance support, cultural development, and educational guidance—ensuring comprehensive and transformative development. **Position: Educational Supervisor** Job Mission The Educational Supervisor will be responsible for the technical\-pedagogical management of the Apprenticeship Program, ensuring educational quality, legal compliance, educator development, and adherence to institutional guidelines and requirements set by the Ministry of Labor. ⸻ **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, supervise, and evaluate the pedagogical implementation of the Apprenticeship Program. * Ensure compliance with the Apprenticeship Law and other applicable regulations. * Coordinate and develop the team of educators and administrative staff within the department. * Design and monitor lesson plans, schedules, and training content. * Monitor pedagogical indicators (dropout rates, attendance, performance, assessments, and satisfaction). * Mediate conflicts and provide disciplinary follow-up for apprentices. * Support audits, inspections, and legal requests related to the program. * Participate in strategic meetings with senior management and other departments. * Contribute to pedagogical innovation and continuous improvement of the program. * Manage extracurricular and cultural projects. * Participate in other organizational projects and programs as needed. ⸻ **Requirements:** Mandatory: * Completed undergraduate degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Administration, or related fields. * Experience in pedagogical management or educational supervision. * Knowledge of the Apprenticeship Law and public policies targeting youth. * Experience managing teams. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the third sector. * Experience with educational indicators. * Intermediate proficiency in Artificial Intelligence. **Benefits:** * Flexible “Flash” Card worth BRL 814.00 per month. * Unimed Health Insurance Plan. * Sesc Membership. * On-site snacks. * Casual Dress Code on Fridays. * Birthday Day-Off. * Transportation Allowance (V.T.) * Life Insurance. * Hybrid Work Allowance of BRL 80.00.
