Job Summary: GRUPO EXPRESS is seeking a proactive and organized IT Technical Assistant to provide internal hardware, software, and infrastructure support in Belo Horizonte/MG. Key Highlights: 1. The **GRUPO EXPRESS**, a network of authorized **Samsung** Service Centers with over 10 years of market presence, currently has an opening for an **IT Technical Assistant** at our unit located in Belo Horizonte/MG. If you are organized, proactive, passionate about technology, and eager to grow within a solid and expanding company, this position may be right for you! **Main Responsibilities:** * Internal technical support (hardware and software); * Installation and configuration of computers, printers, and peripherals; * Support for network and infrastructure maintenance; * Support for internal systems and unit users; * Organization and management of IT equipment. ✅ **Requirements:** * Basic/intermediate knowledge of computer science and technical support; * Familiarity with networking and computer maintenance; * Organizational skills and strong communication; * Ongoing technical or undergraduate studies in IT is a plus; * Prior experience in this role is considered a plus. **Primary Work Location:** Rua Timbiras, 2207 – Belo Horizonte/MG Growth opportunity within an established company undergoing continuous expansion.
