Team development and customer relationship management **Employment Type:** CLT **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday **Salary:** $ 3\.438,63 **Benefits:** Meal allowance, Company vehicle, Day Off, Coffee at the office. **Job Description** The Operational Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing cleaning and maintenance operations, ensuring the quality of services delivered, team management, and customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities** Supervise cleaning teams across active contracts Conduct periodic technical visits to clients Monitor employee performance Deliver operational training Track absences, tardiness, and staff substitutions Support hiring and termination processes Ensure proper use of PPEs and cleaning products Monitor service quality Manage customer relationships Prepare visit and incident reports Support shift scheduling and coverage planning **Requirements** Experience in operational supervision (experience in cleaning or facilities management is a plus) Strong communication skills and professional demeanor Organizational skills and proactivity Knowledge of team management Willingness to travel Driver's license category A or B (having either A or B is a plus) **Preferred Qualifications** Experience in cleaning and maintenance companies Knowledge of professional cleaning products Experience with condominiums and corporate clients Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3\.438,63 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
