Job Summary: Responsible for various operational tasks at a sports facility and snack bar, including organization, customer service, and space maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and guidance 2. Maintenance and organization of the environment 3. Food and beverage service 1\- Collect sports equipment; 2\- Store property belonging to the establishment; 3\- Complete forms when requested; 4\- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the court/bathrooms, etc.; 5\- Complete the daily routine report; 6\- Inform customers about company policies and rules; 7\- Deliver and manage rental materials; 8\- Relay customer information to the direct manager; 9\- Intervene in cases of improper use of the rented space; 10\- Store items left behind in the locker room; 11\- Signal the end of the court rental time in case of time violation; 12\- Dispose of garbage. 13\- Present the snack bar menu; 14\- Organize the space to receive customers; 15\- Serve food and beverages; 16\- Close the order sheet under supervision; 17\- Check and restock inventory, notifying the responsible person regarding procurement; 18\- Clean the premises; 19\- Handle receivables and cash register operations. Working hours: Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM; Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; and two Sundays per month from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Weekly day off is Sunday, with Monday as the working day.
