




Job Summary: Professional responsible for production planning, control and monitoring; inventory and materials management; and coordination of logistics and fiscal processes. Key Highlights: 1. Production monitoring, cutting schedule and process tracking, control of processed materials, dispatch control, coil intake control, control of raw material withdrawal and transfer to other processors. **Responsibilities and Duties** RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop production plans according to demand and production capacity. * Ensure balance between demand and productive capacity. * Monitor adherence to production deadlines. * Track production performance indicators (efficiency, productivity, losses, etc.). * Adjust plans in response to changes in demand or production disruptions. * Control inventory of raw materials and finished goods. * Forecast purchasing needs to prevent shortages or excesses of materials. * Collaborate with the procurement department to ensure adequate supply. * Coordinate with procurement, logistics, sales, and engineering departments to meet demand. * Provide delivery timelines to the sales team. * Coordinate production adjustments with the operations team. * Implement techniques and generate reports. * Cutting plan scheduling. * Inventory scheduling and consumption control. * Load separation and verification. * Material separation for loading. * Scrap control. * Production monitoring. * Cutting and process schedule. * Processed materials control. * Dispatch control. * Coil intake control. * Submission of fiscal coverage documentation for materials S.A. * Cutting plans for CDMB material. * Loading material control. * Fiscal component monitoring for materials. * Requesting and exchanging invoices. * Control of raw material withdrawal and transfer to other processors. * Inventory control. * Pallet intake and consumption control. * Direct contact with processors \- Usiminas / Plane Corte / Dox / Cisa. Third-party inventory auditing. Preparation and monitoring of third-party raw material withdrawal scheduling and execution. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in a related field is desirable. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * ERP system knowledge. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. **Additional Information** * Knowledge of carbon steel coils and thickness specifications. * Ability to develop slitter, sheet, blank, tube, and profile cutting plans. * Proficiency in Excel and TOTVS system.
