Continuous improvement of the supply chain **RedeFlex** is a company operating in the telecommunications sector, providing recharge machines, debit and credit services, as well as acting as a banking correspondent. **Job Objective**: Ensure efficient company supply through strategic procurement management, securing optimal commercial terms with suppliers, guaranteeing quality, on-time delivery, and cost reduction, while promoting continuous improvement of processes and supply chain performance. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers; * Issue and track purchase orders; * Develop and qualify suppliers; * Pursue cost reduction, quality enhancement, and process improvement; * Analyze reports: monitor supplier delivery timelines, quality, and performance. **Requirements:** * Intermediate/advanced Excel (data and KPI analysis); * ERP systems (SAP or similar); * Negotiation techniques and cost analysis; * Prior experience in procurement/supply chain; * Experience covering the full procurement cycle (quotation, negotiation, contracting, ordering, delivery, and payment). **Benefits:** * Medical and dental assistance (with co-payment); * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Meal or food allowance; R$30.00 per working day; * Extended maternity leave; * Education programs; * Internal training; * On-site cafeteria and rest room; * Free parking for employees.
