**Who are we?** AMAGGI's first unit, Sementes Maggi, was inaugurated in 1977 in São Miguel do Iguaçu, Paraná. Two years later, in 1979, operations began in Mato Grosso with the acquisition of a farm in Itiquira municipality. Additionally, since 1997, AMAGGI has contributed to local and human development in the communities where it operates, positioning itself as a partner in sustainable development through the André and Lucia Maggi Foundation. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Operate grain drying and moisture standardization within company-established limits and tolerances. 2\. Unload grains using tipper trucks. Report any abnormalities detected in the unloaded product to the immediate supervisor. 3\. Load trucks with oil, soybean meal, and soybean hulls by manually operating levers and valves according to quantities specified in the shipping order, ensuring correct product loading and minimizing process losses. 4\. Manually affix identification seals to trailer openings after loading to prevent cargo tampering, complying with internal standards and market requirements. 5\. Inspect truck cargo compartments. Check internal tank cleanliness and overall condition to verify whether vehicle conditions meet legal/internal requirements. Record findings in the specific form defined by the Quality Department. 6\. Classify grains at the unit by collecting predetermined sample quantities and evaluating moisture, impurities, damage, and other parameters per the classification table, aiming to analyze and report product characteristics. 7\. Conduct rapid GMO (Genetically Modified Organisms) and Aflatoxin tests upon product entry and exit, following established procedures. 8\. Maintain organization and identification of analyzed samples for the designated period to facilitate retrieval in case of disputes. 9\. Perform controls by completing forms and using the system defined by the Quality Department, identifying loads by supplier, reporting quality percentages, and respective sample results. 10\. Record analysis results on the cargo identification ticket to relay information to the administrative department. 11\. Collect product samples during processing and verify moisture content or forward samples to the laboratory to assess product quality. 12\. Perform cleaning in the area using appropriate equipment and tools to maintain sector organization and hygiene according to company quality standards. 13\. Carry out prophylaxis and application of sanitizing agents on machinery, equipment, and facilities to prevent insect and bacterial proliferation. 14\. Document all services performed during the work shift via written notes to report occurrences and procedures carried out. 15\. Occasionally assist with maintenance and minor repairs on machinery and equipment. 16\. Receive training to perform product sampling in accordance with Legal Requirements and Company Procedures. 17\. Actively participate in and contribute to the implementation of AMAGGI’s corporate programs and initiatives, such as OSH (Occupational Safety and Health), Continuous Improvement, Quality Management System and Food Safety (QMS-FS), Reliability, Socio-environmental, Compliance, Asset Security, among others. 18\. And other related duties. **Required Qualifications:** High school diploma (completed) Knowledge and training in Quality Management (training verified by certificate issued by the Quality Department).
