Join our team and become part of a group that celebrates individuality and mutual respect. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and precision technology maintenance services on AGCO agricultural equipment, as well as assemble and test equipment upon completion of maintenance; * Conduct complex failure diagnostics; * Install, configure, and calibrate auto-pilot and GPS systems; * Interpret diagrams; * Maintain CVT transmissions; * Prepare lists of required parts and tools, and deliver replaced parts to the customer; * Accurately record all work performed, downtime, and events in your daily report, and follow all recommendations (inspections and maintenance) related to your work vehicle; * Administer field services via the Dealer system and prepare Tech Connect documentation for all warranty processes; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Driver’s License Category B; * Residency in Sorriso - MT; * Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to travel; * Experience in agricultural machinery maintenance; * Technical training in the relevant field is a plus; **Additional Information** **PEOPLE ARE OUR BUSINESS—AND THAT’S WHY WE VALUE OUR TEAM MEMBERS IN MULTIPLE WAYS!** We also offer the traditional benefits you already know.
