Handling conflict resolution and interdepartmental communication Description: Apply quickly via email: Responsibilities and Desired Experience: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage the programming team (junior, mid-level, and senior), ensuring performance and engagement. * Plan routines, processes, and delivery schedules. * Monitor and enforce results, ensuring adherence to deadlines. * Implement improvements and best development practices. * Handle conflict resolution and interdepartmental communication. * Control and monitor software deliveries. * Conduct alignment meetings and present results to executive management. * Supervise usage of the ITIL ticketing system. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. * Solid experience managing development teams. * Proficiency in Delphi (mandatory). * Experience managing time, processes, and schedules. * Experience working in high-pressure environments with strong emphasis on results. * Knowledge of SQL, algorithms, and at least one programming language (Delphi, C#, Python, etc.). * ITIL certification or knowledge. * Experience in Project Management. * Organization, accountability, and analytical mindset. * Ability to resolve conflicts and motivate the team. * Creativity in proposing improvements and solutions. * Strong communication skills.
