We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to contribute to the technical evolution of a production platform used daily by thousands of users in the United States. This role is intended for professionals with strong technical maturity, capable of working autonomously, analyzing impacts, supporting technical decisions, and actively contributing to product quality, stability, and evolution. **Your day-to-day responsibilities** * Develop and enhance front-end (React) and back-end (.NET) features in production environments * Design, consume, and improve REST APIs * Work with relational databases, performing queries, adjustments, and optimizations * Actively analyze and resolve production issues * Participate in and contribute technically to code reviews, promoting best practices and code quality * Collaborate with other developers, product teams, and partner areas to support technical decisions * Contribute to the continuous evolution of the application with a long-term vision **Mandatory Requirements** * Practical experience as a Full Stack Developer * Real-world React experience * Experience with C# and .NET * Knowledge of REST API development and consumption * Experience with relational databases * Git proficiency * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team **Nice-to-have (non-eliminatory)** * Experience with automated testing * Knowledge of CI/CD * Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) * Familiarity with architectural best practices and clean code principles **About the Project** You will work on an international project targeting the US market, involving a mature, production-ready platform with high daily usage. This means: * Technical decisions directly impacting the product * Responsibility for system stability, quality, and evolution * A context demanding technical maturity and systemic thinking Work model: Hybrid, based in Florianópolis. On-site attendance occurs on days coordinated with the team (approximately 1–2 times per week).
