We are launching Labs AI Builders, a strategic initiative to accelerate the development of digital solutions using Artificial Intelligence, automation, and Vibe Coding. We seek an AI Builder responsible for transforming ideas into real solutions—helping various departments automate processes, validate new products, and rapidly build AI-powered applications. You will operate at the intersection of business, product, and technology, creating solutions that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and drive the organization’s AI-First culture. **Responsibilities:** * Develop applications and automations using AI and Vibe Coding; * Evaluate solution impact (cost, efficiency, time, revenue) before and after implementation; * Build MVPs for new digital products; * Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains; * Support business areas in creating fast, scalable digital solutions; * Contribute to AI governance and structured AI usage within the company; * Contribute to advancing the culture of innovation and AI-First. **What We’re Looking For:** * Ability to perform business analysis and identify high-impact opportunities; * Experience developing digital solutions or automations; * Experience with generative AI and AI-assisted development tools; * Ability to work autonomously, structuring solutions from problem to delivery; * Analytical, curious, and experimentation-oriented mindset; * Ability to translate business problems into technological solutions. **Nice-to-Haves:** * Experience with low-code / no-code platforms; * Experience with prototyping or MVP development; * Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or automation; * Experience with innovation projects or technology labs **Benefits:** * VA or VR: R$ 40.10 per business day; * Unimed Health Plan (Unipart): 90% of the monthly premium covered by the company, 10% by the employee \+ co-payment; * Unimed Dental Plan fully covered by Tripla; * Gympass; * Allya; * Discount partnerships with universities; * Training and certification incentives; * Birthday day off; * Annual PPR (Profit Sharing); * Transportation allowance and Mobility Assistance.
