Imagine yourself spearheading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, **and being responsible for:** * Implementing short-term staffing plans for your area and monitoring key performance indicators to guide the team toward results delivery; * Managing the team’s working hours—including tracking tardiness, absences, leaves, overtime, and time banks—and executing routine operational tasks related to your area’s processes with excellence; * Monitoring team deliveries and development, conducting evaluations, providing feedback, and referring team members to training; * Standardizing and optimizing operational shift handovers, ensuring proper communication of relevant topics and appropriate team allocation according to demand. Requirements: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, WMS / LMS; * Experience managing people and operational teams, with focus on safety, quality, and productivity; * Availability to work in Guarulhos Shift 5 (7:00 PM to 3:00 AM); * Experience leading both direct and indirect teams, ensuring not only compliance with people management processes but also close engagement across all levels as a communicator of our cultural principles.
