HR ANALYST - WORKING IN THE CITY OF GRÃO MOGOL Company: MINERAÇÃO RIO SUL (address: SALARY: Initial 3,000.00 BENEFITS \* Lunch provided by the company \* Morning and afternoon coffee breaks Working hours: \* Monday to Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM \* Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Requirements: \* Technical or higher education in Human Resources, Administration, or related fields (if formal qualification is not held, strong practical knowledge in HR is essential). \* Experience with payroll department routines and occupational safety. \* Basic knowledge of labor legislation \* Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively with different departments. Responsibilities: \* Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes (registration, document verification, contracts, document delivery and receipt). \* Register and maintain updated employee data in spreadsheets and internal systems. \* Gather and verify information for payroll closing (worked hours, overtime, allowances, absences, vacations, leaves, etc.) and forward to accounting. \* Manage and schedule employee vacations (the company operates a collective vacation system); \* Support in the calculation and control of benefits \* Monitor and manage work schedules, importing and processing time records \* Issue and organize HR documents (contracts, warnings, notices, receipts, payslips, etc.). \* Keep physical and digital employee files up to date. \* Manage the distribution, replacement, and return of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), maintaining updated records per employee. \* Ensure all employees have up-to-date mandatory training and ASOs (occupational health certificates), in coordination with the occupational health provider. \* Monitor compliance with applicable NRs (Regulatory Standards) in mining, especially regarding safety, PPE usage, and working conditions (a third-party company handles e-social reporting); \* Serve as a support contact for employees with questions about payroll, vacations, benefits, and safety.
