Document evidence to ensure traceability. Report bugs and support root cause analysis when required. Ensure service delivery in accordance with process standards. Support continuous improvement of processes within the Access Management stream. **Mandatory Requirements:** Experience with IAM / Access Management processes. Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, or similar systems. Experience with service workflows, preferably using ITSM \- SERVICE NOW. Knowledge of Identity and Access Management. Understanding of Information Security, authentication, roles, and permissions.
