If you want to be the protagonist of your career in a dynamic and appreciative environment, this is the place for you. \#VemPraESAB **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct market and competitive analyses in Brazil, considering local operations and regional specifics, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks. * Evaluate and define product positioning (consumables and equipment) based on market data, consumer behavior, and competitive benchmarking. * Monitor, consolidate, and analyze *market share* (internal and external), proposing actions to enhance competitiveness and expand market participation. * Perform economic\-financial sales analyses, including revenue, margin, profitability, and performance by region, channel, and portfolio. * Structure, extract, and analyze large volumes of data using SQL and other analytical tools, ensuring data consistency and reliability. * Collaborate closely with CRM (Dynamics), tracking pipeline, commercial performance, data accuracy, and generating insights to support decision-making. * Develop, implement, and support data-driven and Artificial Intelligence-based initiatives, including the use of AI agents for analysis automation, efficiency gains, and improved insight quality. * Prepare management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations, including materials in English for local and global audiences. * Participate in and lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including interaction with global teams, using English for communication and results presentation. * Support strategic analyses and recommendations for pricing, go\-to\-market strategy, segmentation, and portfolio optimization. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields; * Solid experience in analytics, strategy, consulting, or operations, with emphasis on data analysis and decision-support; * Experience in product positioning (consumables and equipment); * Experience in market share analysis (internal and external); * Experience in economic\-financial sales analysis (revenue, margin, and profitability). * Proficiency in SQL and data analysis; * Experience with CRM tools (preferably Microsoft Dynamics); * Knowledge of data, analytics, and Artificial Intelligence applications, including AI agents. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency for meeting participation and report writing. **Additional Information** PLR On-site cafeteria or meal allowance (depending on location) Health and dental insurance 24/7 telemedicine Wellhub (Gympass) Pharmaceutical subsidy Transportation allowance Life insurance and funeral assistance Childcare assistance for mothers Private pension plan SESI benefits and discounts club Exclusive ESAB product discounts At ESAB, we believe innovation emerges when extraordinary people unite with purpose.
