Description
Execute analyses and support the implementation of operational improvements, acting on strategic pillars through the application of continuous improvement methodologies.
**Responsibilities and assignments**
Conduct data analysis and identify improvement opportunities;
Support the execution of improvement and A3 projects;
Apply tools such as Kaizen, VSM, and PDCA;
Support the identification of operational bottlenecks;
Monitor KPIs and support action plans;
Support management routines and meetings;
Prepare reports and dashboards;
Support training and dissemination of methodologies;
Continuously monitor unsafe conditions in work areas and propose improvements to employees' working conditions to mitigate operational risks;
Ensure compliance with Copersucar's safety standards within the area of responsibility, aligned with the occupational health and safety policy;
**Requirements and qualifications** **Education:** Completed or final-stage undergraduate degree
**Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience leading continuous improvement projects and processes.
