Then this **opportunity is for you!** **Responsibilities and duties:** * Conduct patrols in the store’s internal and external areas, monitoring the entry and exit of employees and customers; * Stay constantly updated on procedures and operational standards to act safely, efficiently, and effectively; * Monitor and ensure compliance with processes within your area of responsibility; * Monitor and audit merchandise verification in the receiving area; * Identify loss-generating failures and immediately implement corrective actions; * Identify and monitor high-risk product areas; * Monitor and audit internal transfers between departments, disposal of unsuitable merchandise, transformation, cafeteria items, donations, returns, among others; * Perform rotating inventories of pre-selected products to ensure inventory accuracy; * Monitor and audit negative stock levels and non-selling products, conducting physical counts; * Identify and report behavioral deviations by employees and third parties at store locations; * Daily application of process checklists across store departments, verifying product expiration dates, proper storage conditions, product temperatures, and compliance with established standards. **Requirements and qualifications:** * High school diploma; * Prior experience in loss prevention (retail or logistics) is desirable; * Basic or intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends, as required by the store; * Availability to work the 6x1 schedule from 2:00 PM to 10:18 PM.
