Job Summary:
An Accounting Intern will support accounting/tax closing, perform reconciliations, prepare management reports, and monitor budgets, working with precision and a learning mindset.

**Description and Responsibilities:**

A professional who supports monthly accounting/tax closing and performs bank and accounting reconciliations. Prepares simple management reports, controls basic budgets, and validates invoices. Enters data, monitors accounts payable/receivable, and calculates routine taxes. Keeps spreadsheets up to date and organizes documentation for audits. Works under supervision, focusing on accuracy, organization, and continuous learning.
* Support monthly accounting and tax closing routines, ensuring the timeliness and quality of information;
* Assist in controlling accounts payable and receivable (entries, write\-offs, monitoring of due dates and provisions);
* Prepare and organize documentation and reports for internal/external audits and for submission to accounting/headquarters;
* Keep control spreadsheets and basic dashboards up to date (advanced Excel);
* Provide general support to the controllership team in routine and specific demands from management.
