Job Summary: We are seeking a supervisor to manage operational routines, lead teams, and ensure compliance with regulations and procedures in sanitation. Key Highlights: 1. Join us in this transformation! **Location:** Sanessol \- Mirassol/SP **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise operational routines, ensuring proper execution of activities (including emergency activities) through analysis of reports and performance indicators, guaranteeing adherence to procedures. * Monitor performance indicators, analyze results, and implement corrective actions when necessary. * Lead and develop the operational team, promoting engagement, training, and goal achievement. * Identify failures and non-conformities, guiding teams in correction and prevention. * Ensure compliance with technical standards, operational procedures, and contractual requirements. * Manage service orders, tracking deadlines, quality, and volume of executed activities. * Prepare operational and performance reports to support management. * Support evaluation and negotiation of outsourced services. * Conduct training sessions and onboarding for new employees. * Drive company vehicles when required, adhering to traffic and safety regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Preferred background in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance, Sanitary Engineering, or related fields. * Advanced Office package (Excel). * Valid driver’s license categories A and B. * Experience supervising field teams in electromechanical maintenance. * **Preferred:** Experience in planning and controlling operational results, with focus on indicators and targets.
