Job Summary: Opportunity for individuals with practical welding experience who wish to become certified Welders after completing theoretical and practical training and qualification. Specialized work across various welding types This opportunity is intended for individuals who already possess **practical welding experience**, but do not yet hold formal welder certification in their employment records, and who aspire to join our Busscar Star Team! **Hired as Production Assistants** to receive theoretical and practical training and qualification, followed by evaluation for promotion to **Welder** within up to 45 days. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform specialized welding tasks, executing all applicable welding types required at the workstation (electric, MIG\-MAG, and oxy\-acetylene), selecting the most appropriate equipment for each weld; * Prepare parts for welding by beveling\-them, cleaning\-them, and positioning\-them correctly; select appropriate materials; control heating to achieve the proper melting point (weak or strong weld); * ∙ Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications; mark and cut materials and parts according to specified dimensions and sizes; weld components per instructions indicated on the respective drawing; * Operate torches for material cutting and perform necessary finishing on welded structures and parts; * ∙ Assemble body components according to required specifications using welding, and operating certain machines and tools; * Restore aluminum sheets and profiles; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Practical MIG/MAG welding experience; * Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings; * Availability for work schedule: 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM, Monday through Friday; **Benefits:** * Meals provided at the company * Unimed Health Plan * Dental plan * Chartered transportation * Partnerships with educational institutions * Pharmacy partnerships * Attendance bonus of R$330 Job Type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$2\.158,00 \- R$2\.900,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Partnership and commercial discount programs * Free parking * Life insurance Work Location: On-site
