LIVE! is seeking a dynamic and committed professional to fill the position of UX Designer at our company. Requirements: Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Design, Interaction Design, Digital Communication, or related fields; Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; Intermediate knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects; Proven experience creating assets for social media and digital advertising; Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.); Proven experience in usability testing, information architecture, and responsive design; Knowledge of HTML/CSS (a plus for collaboration with the technology team). Responsibilities: Design and enhance interfaces for the LIVE! website and app, ensuring every interaction is simple, functional, and consistent with the brand’s visual identity; Conduct usability research, A/B tests, and user behavior analysis (heatmaps, conversion funnels, GA4 metrics, etc.), applying insights to continuously improve the digital experience; Map customer journeys and develop wireframes, navigation flows, high-fidelity responsive prototypes, and layouts; Collaborate with marketing, technology, product, and CRM teams to integrate design into business strategies and customer needs; Ensure digital accessibility (WCAG) and best UX practices across all devices; Perform market benchmarking and stay updated on UX/UI trends, e-commerce, and fashion design; Document interface guidelines and contribute to the evolution of LIVE!'s design system; Support the measurement of digital channel performance by providing solutions that optimize conversion, retention, and engagement.
