We are committed to valuing our employees and investing in their career development, fostering a high-quality work environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Organize physical and digital documents and files; * Support calendar, appointment, and meeting management; * Provide friendly telephone and in-person customer service; * Assist with typing, formatting, and sending various documents; * Help update customer records and data; * Perform various administrative tasks as required by the department; * Participate in internal training programs for capacity building and development. **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing high school education; * Basic computer skills (Office suite, especially Excel and Word). **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM or 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM; * 4 days at the office, 1 day for training.
