Possesses excellent communication skills, an analytical mindset, and technical knowledge to understand the specific needs of metalworking sector customers. Main Responsibilities: * Prospecting and servicing customers; * Preparing quotations and tracking orders; * Commercial negotiation and post-sales support; * Basic technical support in selecting accessories and tools for lathes, milling machines, CNCs, and machining centers, providing solutions compatible with the customer's equipment; * Actively prospecting customers from the inactive portfolio, identifying opportunities for business reactivation; * Recording all interactions in the CRM and monitoring the sales pipeline; * Collaborating with the technical department to clarify doubts and ensure proper product sizing. Skills and Competencies: * Proven experience in sales (preferably B2B and/or technical); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Negotiation and closing ability; * Customer portfolio organization and management; * Basic computer proficiency and CRM usage; * Ability to understand technical specifications of cutting tools, clamping devices, measuring instruments, and other industrial accessories; * Proactive profile with goal orientation. Preferred Education: * Technical or higher education in Mechanical Engineering, Production, Sales, or related fields. * Technical sales and B2B customer service courses are advantageous. Experience: * Prior experience in inside sales within the machining or industrial sector. * Experience in recovering inactive customers and B2B negotiation.
