Job Summary: Machining Maintenance is responsible for keeping the Factory's assets available and reliable, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency in mechanical and electrical maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Mechanical and electrical maintenance of machining equipment and CNC machines. 2. Fault diagnosis, root cause analysis, and proposal of improvements. 3. Machining Maintenance ensures the availability and reliability of the Factory's assets while guaranteeing optimal performance through efficient use of resources. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and perform mechanical and electrical maintenance activities, as well as assembly and fault diagnosis on machining equipment. * Perform high-complexity corrective maintenance on CNC machines, robots, and automated cells. * Assist in planning work orders, spare parts, and components; manage replacement inventory and request material registration. * Perform adjustments, replacements, and functional testing on pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical components. * Receive and route recoverable parts sent by or provided from third parties. * Adjust vision systems. * Conduct inspections on machines and equipment. * Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and automation faults. * Analyze root causes of failures, propose and implement improvement actions. * Monitor and perform preventive/corrective maintenance, supporting the team in resolving issues. * Carry out autonomous maintenance and 5S activities. * Perform maintenance-related cleaning at work locations per environmental rules, and maintain base conditions of work equipment. * Properly use PPE to ensure safety during operations/activities. * Maintain tools and work instruments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Education in Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, Electromechanics, or Electro-technical/Electronics + Mechanics. * Valid and completed NR10 Basic Training Course. * Skills in computer and peripheral maintenance and configuration. * Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings. * Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics. * Ability to read and interpret hydraulic and pneumatic schematics. * Knowledge of CNC systems (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.) is desirable. * Knowledge of PLCs for monitoring and improvements. * Certification for working at heights (NR35). * Availability to work rotating shifts (6x2) across all shifts. * Must reside in Joinville or nearby. **Additional Information** **We offer benefits to support your well-being and future:** Tupy Joinville Unit: \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ **Compensation and Incentives:** Variable Compensation (PRT) Attendance Bonus Tupy Multi-Benefits Card: Usable at company-partnered establishments. **Financial Planning and Well-being:** Private Pension Plan Group Life Insurance Medical Assistance Dental Assistance On-site Restaurant **Education and Development:** SESI/SENAI Partnership Leisure and Quality of Life Tupy Athletic Association – Sports and Leisure Incentive (Gym, Martial Arts, Sports Courts and Events; Restaurants and Cafés; Leisure Areas for Employees and Families; Authorized consumption using the company ID card).
